The length of hydraulic cylinder is 3M and below, the maximum cylinder diameter is 400mm, and the production line is fully equipped to realize all production processes from raw materials to finished hydraulic cylinder; The production line includes piston rod production line, cylinder barrel production line, hydraulic cylinder assembly and pressure test line, automatic nickel chromium composite electroplating line, automatic paint line, etc.

Long hydraulic cylinder piston rod production line

The piston rod with a length of 10 meters and a diameter of 50 - 160 mm is produced and processed by continuous electroplating through a three-layer electroplating production line to ensure that the corrosion resistance of the coating is more than 1.5 times that of the conventional single-layerchromium plating, so as to provide high-performance piston rod for the telescopic hydraulic cylinder of aerial vehicles and cranes. lt is planned that the daily energy of long hydraulic cylinder piston rod is 100M / day; The daily output of a 10 meter long piston rod is 10 pieces / day.
